The Reina Introduction to Building Trust in the Workplace Program

An interactive training program designed to introduce participants to The Reina Trust & Betrayal Model™, to provide a common language to discuss and take action on trust-related issues within their organization. Individuals participate in the Organizational Trust Scale™, which gives leaders quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust within their organization.

The Reina Building Trust in Teams Program

An experiential training program designed to help team members become more trusting of one another, effective in their performance and productive to the organization. Team members participate in the Team Trust Scale™, which gives quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust within their team.

The Reina Building Trust in Leadership Program

A development program designed to help individuals acquire the leadership behaviors that will inspire trust and confidence from his/her employees, manager, peers and customers. Leaders participate in the Leadership Trust Scale™, which gives quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust as perceived by his/her employees, manager, peers and customers.

The Reina Building Trust in the Workplace Certification Program

A multi-day certification workshop designed to provide Human Resource or Organizational Development professionals with an understanding of the complex dynamics of trust and betrayal in the workplace using The Reina Trust & Betrayal Model™, and to qualify them to administer the Organizational Trust Scale™, the Team Trust Scale™, and the Leadership Trust Scale™.
