Training Programs

Chagnon & Reina Associates help people at all levels develop a common language and a shared understanding of what trust means so that they can discuss trust-related issues and take action in dealing with those issues. We define the behaviors that contribute to trust and those that contribute to betrayal and what people can do to deal with betrayal. Through highly interactive and fully participative programs tailored to meet you specific needs, we help leaders transform the level of trust among their people to produce healthy work environments and become high-performing.

Trust Building Programs:

An interactive training program designed to introduce participants to The Reina Trust & Betrayal Model™, to provide a common language to discuss and take action on trust-related issues within their organization. Individuals participate in the Organizational Trust Scale™, which gives leaders quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust within their organization.

An experiential training program designed to help team members become more trusting of one another, effective in their performance and productive to the organization. Team members participate in the Team Trust Scale™, which gives quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust within their team.

A development program designed to help individuals acquire the leadership behaviors that will inspire trust and confidence from his/her employees, manager, peers and customers. Leaders participate in the Leadership Trust Scale™, which gives quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust as perceived by his/her employees, manager, peers and customers.

A multi-day certification workshop designed to provide Human Resource or Organizational Development professionals with an understanding of the complex dynamics of trust and betrayal in the workplace using The Reina Trust & Betrayal Model™, and to qualify them to administer the Organizational Trust Scale™, the Team Trust Scale™, and the Leadership Trust Scale™.
